Prices are in USD: per star and for Premium for 3, 6 and 12 months.

Amounts are strings in US dollars; the Stars price is unitPrice × quantity (500 stars × "0.0165" = $8.25). The price is locked into the order when it is created: if the price list changes, existing orders are not recalculated.

The mode is set per account; the default prices for a mode can be overridden individually.

• available is what you can spend; held is reserved for orders in progress.
• Creating an order holds the amount (HOLD), SUCCEEDED charges it (CAPTURE), FAILED returns it (RELEASE).
• If available + creditLimit is less than the order price, the response is 402 (-9301). With unlimitedCredit: true (set by iFragment on request) orders are not limited by the balance; the debt is settled by top-ups.
• Top-ups are made manually under your contract; every movement is visible in the dashboard (ledger).
