Supplier Accounts
Isolated supplier accounts and throttling.
A Supplier Account is an account with the Stars/Premium supplier (a session plus the wallet that pays). The platform fulfils your orders through these accounts.
Why isolation
If every product pays through one session and one wallet, a single ban stops everyone at once, and a wallet can only send one transaction at a time. That is why:
- in
OWNmode you have your own accounts: your orders are fulfilled only by them, and they are never used for anyone else's orders; - in
PLATFORMmode orders are fulfilled by the Platform pool, and you pay from your balance (Prices and balance); - a problem with another partner's account does not affect your orders.
Connecting your own account
Session and wallet data are submitted once through the dashboard. We store them only in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM), decrypt them only at the moment of calling the supplier, and never return them: not in the API and not in logs. The dashboard shows only the wallet address and the date the session was last updated.
The account's wallet must be used only by iFragment. An unrelated transaction from the same wallet breaks send verification, and orders end up in NEEDS_REVIEW.
Throttling
- One account fulfils no more than one order at a time and, by default, no more than one order per minute (the interval is configurable).
- Throughput grows with the number of accounts: a pool of N accounts gives about N orders per minute.
- When all accounts are busy, the order waits in
QUEUEDwithout using up attempts.
Health
The platform monitors accounts itself: it checks the session and the wallet balance, and after a series of errors it pauses the account briefly. Health: HEALTHY, DEGRADED, UNHEALTHY or UNKNOWN; reasons: SESSION_EXPIRED, LOW_BALANCE, WALLET_UNREACHABLE, SUPPLIER_ERRORS. Health changes of your accounts arrive via the supplier_account.health_changed webhook, for example so you can top up the wallet or refresh the session in time.
