iFragment sells Telegram Stars and Premium. This describes what we receive, why we need it and how long we keep it. It describes what the service actually does.

What we collect

The order: the recipient Telegram username, what was bought, the amount, the currency, the page language and the delivery state.

If you signed in with Google: your Google id, email address, name and avatar link. We take the email only when Google reports it as verified.

Technical records: the request path, time and response code. They exist to find faults.

Paying from a TON wallet: the address the transfer came from and the transaction hash. They are public on the blockchain anyway; we need them to match the payment and to refund it if needed.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your card details. Card and Crypto Pay payments are taken by payment providers on their side; only the outcome comes back to us.

We never receive your wallet keys or seed phrase: you sign the transfer yourself in your wallet.

We do not ask for your Telegram password and have no access to your messages.

Who we share with

The payment provider you chose: the amount and the order id.

The supplier of the goods: the recipient username, so the Stars or Premium can be delivered.

Nobody else. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept as long as accounting and possible refunds require.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Write to us and we will delete the account along with its link to the orders; the orders themselves stay, without you attached to them, because they are accounting records.
